Why Brava Here

Why Brava here

Utah roofs get hammered — hail on the benches, canyon winds, high-altitude UV, and freeze-thaw all winter. Brava molds each tile from compressed recycled polymer with mineral colorants running clear through, so the color doesn’t peel, flake, or need resealing. It carries the industry’s highest hail rating, and the slate and barrel looks land at a fraction of natural weight — no structural reinforcement required.

  • Class 4 hail / impact (UL 2218) — the highest rating, with hail warranty
  • Class A fire-rated assemblies available (Class A or C systems)
  • Wind-tested to 188 mph — 211 mph with high-wind installation; Miami-Dade certified
  • 50-year limited warranty, transferable
  • Recycled and recyclable, UV-stabilized, no PFAS — made in the USA

Brava’s favorite party trick: driving golf balls at its own tile. Class 4 is the roofing industry’s highest impact rating.

Three Looks

Three looks, one material

Every Brava profile installs as a complete system, in standard or cool-roof (Title 24) colors — and Brava can blend custom colors to match stone, stucco, or an HOA palette:

Collection Look
Cedar Shake Hand-split cedar, ⅝”–⅞” thick for deep shadow lines; staggered or straight courses
Old World Slate Quarried European slate at a fraction of the weight and cost
Spanish Barrel Tile Classic clay barrel warmth without the fragility or structural load
