Wind damage
Canyon winds lift and crease shingles long before they blow off. We replace them and check the surrounding courses, not just the obvious gap.
Leaks & flashing
Most “shingle leaks” are actually flashing failures — chimneys, valleys, skylights. We find the real entry point instead of caulking the symptom.
Ice dam & hail damage
Freeze-thaw backs water up under shingles; hail bruising kills shingles over 2–3 years. Both get repaired at the cause — and hail may be an insurance conversation.
Repair vs. Replace
We won't sell you a roof you don't need.
The honest rule: if damage is localized and the roof has 5+ years of life, repair it. If the roof is at end-of-life, repairs are a tax on a decision you’re delaying. Our inspection report shows you which side you’re on — with photos, not pressure.
Repairing for your insurer? If you’ve received a notice that your roof needs repairs to keep coverage, we provide before/after documentation and a completion letter.

Small repairs typically run a few hundred dollars; larger repairs involving decking or valleys run more. Firm number after inspection — and if a repair won’t solve the problem, we’ll say so.
Not always. A small repair below your deductible isn’t worth a claim on your record. If damage is widespread, a claim may cover full replacement. We inspect first and tell you which situation you’re in.
